Check your connection and try again. When the cutout can't happen on your device, it runs on our server — and that needs internet access.

My pack did not reach WhatsApp
WhatsApp requires at least three stickers and accepts up to thirty per pack.
Stickers not showing up in iMessage?
On iPhone, open a conversation in Messages, tap the apps button, and look for Figurô in the sticker drawer. If it's not there, tap Edit/More apps and enable Figurô. From then on, everything you save in Figurô shows up there on its own.
I want to delete installation data
Open Privacy & choices in the app Settings and use the delete action.
I need to recover packs
Figurô does not create automatic backups. Import a .figuro file you exported earlier.
