These Terms govern the use of the Figurô app, operated by Volke Ideias Digitais Ltda. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy applicable to your locale.

2. The product
Figurô lets you:
- choose, photograph, paste or receive an image;
- cut out and edit;
- create and organize packs;
- add them to WhatsApp;
- keep your saved collection automatically available on your iPhone, in Stickers inside the Messages app (a Figurô extension reads it on the device; nothing is sent over the internet);
- import

- receive the notifications you chose;
- talk to support.
Creating and using the sticker tools is free. Ready-made catalog packs are sold through your device's app store. The app does not require a Figurô account.
The cutout happens on the device when available. When it is not available, the app offers the server cutout as a choice presented at that moment, with ephemeral processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. App license
Volke grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, revocable in the situations described in these Terms, to install and use the app on devices under your control, in accordance with these Terms and the store's rules.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense or pass the app off as your own;
- circumvent security, integrity checks, paid-content access controls or usage limits;
- reverse engineer beyond what the law allows;
- use the app for illegal activity or to violate rights.
4. Personal content
Photos, texts, stickers and packs you create or import belong to whoever owns them. Volke acquires no rights over them.
A catalog pack is not personal content: the downloaded instance follows the license in Section 7, and the authorship and ownership of the artwork remain with Volke or with the licensing creator — including when you edit a sticker or combine it with your own photo. What you add is yours; the underlying artwork is not.
Content stays on the device, except for the transient cutout described in the Privacy Policy and the sharing or exporting you choose to do.
There is no automatic backup. You are responsible for exporting and keeping your packs. Uninstalling, switching devices or deleting files may destroy the content.
5. Responsibility for content
Whoever creates, imports or shares is responsible for:
- having permission over the images and faces used;
- respecting copyright, trademarks, honor, privacy and likeness;
- not producing or distributing content that is illegal, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory or exploitative;
- following the rules of WhatsApp and other destinations.
Reproducing the artwork of a paid pack without buying it — by screenshot, screen recording, photographing the screen or cutting out the storefront preview — is unauthorized use and violates these Terms, even when the app cannot technically prevent it.
Volke does not see or editorially moderate content created locally. The app's only automatic check is the local paid-content protection described in Section 6 — which also applies to the input image of the cutout.
6. Imported packs
.figuro or .wastickers packs received from other people or apps may contain content not created by Volke. You should trust the source and have the right to use and share it.
Every file goes through validation, but no technical check can guarantee ownership or legality of the content.
To protect our paid content, the app may compare, on the device itself, the content of a received pack with technical identifiers of catalog packs. If there is a strong match with a paid pack, the app offers that pack for purchase instead of materializing the received copy. This check is local and does not send the file or its images to a server. It is a reasonable-effort measure, not a guarantee: no technical check stops every copy.
This protection never acts against the buyer: with a purchase validated or restored on the store account, the corresponding content materializes normally — including a .figuro backup you exported yourself. False positives have a channel: contest it through the support screen, with the optional attachment described in Section 10.
7. Figurô catalog
Catalog content belongs to Volke, to licensing partner creators or to clearly identified sponsors. Partner creators remain the owners of their works and characters; each creator's credit appears in the catalog and on the pack page.
When you obtain a catalog pack, whether by purchase or through a clearly identified sponsored offer, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, with no resale rights, for personal, non-commercial use, for as long as the purchase remains valid on your store account. This license lets you:
- use the stickers in conversations in the destinations the app supports — today, WhatsApp and, on the iPhone, Stickers inside the Messages app;
- edit your local instance in the editor, including cutting out, adding text or backgrounds and combining it with your own content;
- duplicate and export your instance as a
.figurobackup, with re-import subject to the same validated purchase.
A sticker sent in a conversation goes as a plain image. Whoever receives it gains no license over the pack and no right to resell or redistribute the material. The license transfers no trademark, authorship, characters or right to commercially exploit the artwork.
With catalog artwork, you may not:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or make the pack, its files or its artwork available to third parties, inside or outside Figurô;
- use it on products, merchandise, print, advertising, business communication or any commercial context;
- create NFTs, tokens or digital assets from it;
- use it to train, tune or evaluate artificial-intelligence models;
- extract it into another app, catalog, sticker pack or image bank.
Catalog artwork is authored work. Even when editing your local instance, you may not associate it with content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually explicit, electoral or harassing, alter it in a way that harms the author's honor or reputation, remove a signature or credit present in the artwork, or present yourself as its author. What you add in your edit is yours and does not represent the opinion, endorsement or partnership of the author or of Volke. Due to the format's limitations, the credit does not travel with a sent sticker — which does not make the work authorless.
The showcase stickers displayed in the app's store are presentation samples, not delivered content: rebuilding them for use is unauthorized copying (Section 5).
Packs may become unavailable due to rights, territory, time limits, security or editorial decisions. This does not delete an instance you have already downloaded, except under a legal obligation.
8. Marketing and notifications
The app may show:
- the catalog;
- Volke's own ads;
- clearly identified sponsored content;
- campaigns and notifications you chose.
We use no third-party advertising and no intrusive ads: nobody has to watch an ad to make a sticker and the close button is never hidden. Our own ads can always genuinely be closed. Catalog packs are content, not pop-ups.
Notification preferences can be changed in the app and in the system.
9. Buying packs
Ready-made catalog packs are sold individually. Making stickers with the app's tools remains free.
The purchase is processed by the App Store or Google Play. Price and currency are shown by the store, the store's and the law's consumer rights are preserved, and restoring happens through your store account. Figurô never receives or stores card numbers and never creates its own account.
A purchased pack is tied to the store account used for the purchase. You can restore your purchases on that same account, including when you switch devices. Purchase validation and pack release go through our server; access is not granted based on the device's local state alone.
Delivery of the pack is complete on the first download after purchase, and the copy on your device is your instance, to use under the license in Section 7: you can edit it, duplicate it and export it in the .figuro format — and that is how you keep a pack outside the device. The purchase guarantee is that delivery. Downloading again — after reinstalling or on a new device — works through your store account while the pack is available on our server; it is a convenience, not a storage service: it may change or cease to exist, and it ends in case of refund, chargeback, fraud, legal obligation or the author's rights over the work. That is why the backup is yours to make: export the .figuro. Leaving the market does not erase a copy already delivered. Refunds are handled by the device's store, which owns the payment — including the right to withdraw within 7 days of purchase —, Volke does not contest a refund requested from the store, and our support guides and follows up on the request for anyone who needs it.
10. Feedback and support
By sending feedback, you authorize the processing of your message, optional email and the diagnostic information shown to you, so that we can reply and improve the service. Using support for abuse, spam, malware or illegal content is not allowed.
Support is not an emergency channel.
When contesting a paid-content block, you may attach the sticker in question; it is only sent with the consent shown at that moment and follows the retention described in the Privacy Policy.
11. WhatsApp and third-party trademarks
Figurô is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or associated with WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., Apple or Google. Trademarks appear to identify destinations, platforms and services.
The availability and rules of those third parties may change beyond Volke's control.
12. Volke's property
The Figurô brand, icon, wordmark, design, texts, code and catalog belong to Volke or its licensors. The app license transfers none of these rights.
A .figuro file generated from your personal content remains yours, with no right to use Figurô's brand or code beyond what the format requires. A .figuro exported from a catalog pack remains under the personal license in Section 7 — no resale, redistribution, sublicensing or making it available to third parties.
13. Availability
The app's operation may depend on:
- the operating system;
- WhatsApp;
- Apple's Messages app, for projecting the collection as Stickers on the iPhone;
- the App Store/Google Play;
- Google/Firebase/Sentry;
- an internet connection for the catalog, support, notifications and the server cutout;
- our server, for purchase validation and pack delivery.
Volke may fix, update, suspend or withdraw a feature, respecting mandatory rights. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Volke is not liable for:
- illegal or improper use;
- content created, imported or shared;
- loss of local content that was not backed up (pack purchase and delivery follow Section 9);
- unavailability of or changes to third-party services;
- damage caused by a hostile external file despite reasonable safeguards.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that consumer law does not allow to be waived.
15. Minors
Use by children or teenagers must happen under the guidance and responsibility of a legal guardian, considering the content created and shared.
16. Privacy
Data processing follows the Privacy Policy. In any conflict about data, the Policy prevails.
17. Changes and termination
These Terms may change to reflect the product, providers, stores or the law. Changes do not reduce your rights over packs already purchased. The current version and its effective date are shown on the localized page, and previous versions remain archived and available per language, each with its effective date. Significant changes are announced through a suitable channel.
You end your use by uninstalling the app. Volke may suspend use that violates these Terms or the law.
18. Law and jurisdiction
Brazilian law applies, without setting aside mandatory rules of your country of residence. In Brazil, the consumer's venue and the rights of the Consumer Protection Code are preserved.
